Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of askfelisa.com and any related sites, forms, and communications (collectively, the "Site") operated by United Angels Insurance Agency, LLC ("United Angels," "AskFelisa," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Who We Are

United Angels Insurance Agency, LLC is a licensed independent insurance agency. Felisa Davis-Holmes is the founder and a licensed insurance producer. We act as an independent agency and represent multiple insurance carriers. We are not an insurance carrier, we do not underwrite policies, and we are not connected with or endorsed by the U.S. Government, the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services, the federal Medicare program, or any state Medicaid program.

2. Informational Purpose Only

Content on the Site — including plan descriptions, product summaries, and comparisons — is provided for general informational purposes only. It is not a solicitation of insurance in any state where United Angels or its agents are not licensed. Nothing on the Site constitutes:

Actual coverage, premiums, benefits, exclusions, and eligibility are governed solely by the policy documents issued by the applicable insurance carrier.

Medicare disclosure. We do not offer every plan available in your area. Currently we represent 7 organizations which offer 856 products in your area. Please contact Medicare.gov, 1-800-MEDICARE (TTY 1-877-486-2048, 24 hours a day / 7 days a week), or your local State Health Insurance Program (SHIP) to get information on all of your options.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract to use the Site or request services. By submitting a form, you represent that the information you provide is true, accurate, and belongs to you (or that you have written authority to provide it on behalf of a family member or eligible dependent).

4. Requests, Consent, and Communications

When you submit a form or provide your phone number or email, you consent to be contacted by United Angels regarding the coverage you inquired about, including by phone, text message, prerecorded voice, automated telephone dialing systems, and email. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any product. You may opt out at any time as described in our Privacy Policy. Message and data rates may apply.

If you are a Medicare beneficiary, a documented Scope of Appointment as required by CMS will be obtained before any discussion of Medicare Advantage or Prescription Drug Plans.

5. No Guarantee of Coverage or Rates

All premiums, benefits, and plan features referenced on the Site (including reviews and testimonials) are illustrative and reflect a client's individual circumstances at a particular time. Your rates, subsidies, and eligibility depend on your age, health, location, income, tobacco use, plan year, and other factors, and are determined solely by the applicable carrier and, where relevant, the Health Insurance Marketplace or CMS.

6. Testimonials

Testimonials on the Site reflect the personal experiences of individual clients or community partners and are shared with their permission. They are not paid endorsements. Individual results and experiences will vary, and testimonials should not be construed as a guarantee of similar results.

7. Third-Party Links and Services

The Site may link to third parties such as Medicare.gov, carrier websites, quoting engines, Calendly, and social media platforms. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, availability, or privacy practices. Your use of third-party services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

8. Intellectual Property

The Site, including its text, graphics, logos ("AskFelisa," "United Angels," "Wings of Protection"), photographs, page design, and code, is owned by United Angels or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may view and print reasonable portions of the Site for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from the Site without our prior written permission.

THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE. YOU USE THE SITE AT YOUR OWN RISK.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, UNITED ANGELS AND ITS OWNERS, AGENTS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR OUR SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100). NOTHING IN THESE TERMS LIMITS ANY LIABILITY THAT CANNOT BE LIMITED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, INCLUDING FIDUCIARY OR PROFESSIONAL DUTIES OWED BY A LICENSED INSURANCE PRODUCER TO A CLIENT UNDER STATE INSURANCE LAW.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless United Angels Insurance Agency, LLC and its owners, agents, employees, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your misuse of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

13. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Duval County, Florida, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts. Nothing in this section limits your rights under applicable state insurance law or the jurisdiction of any state insurance department.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date reflects the most recent version. Your continued use of the Site after we post changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

15. Severability and Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and United Angels regarding your use of the Site.
